Our SUIUN Matcha is made from young leaves that are covered with bamboo blinds and straw to protect them from sunlight.
The leaves are then steamed, dried without rolling, and the veins are removed before being ground into powder. The tea before it is ground in a stone mill is called "Tencha," which is the raw material for matcha.
Our SUIUN Matcha is made from carefully selected tencha, so it has a fresh, frothy texture, a refined and mellow flavor, and a natural sweetness that spreads across your palate.

| こちらのSUIUN (翠雲) は、奥八女にて栽培された一番茶のみを厳選し ”よしず” と ”わら” で覆い、日光を避けて作られます。
そうして育てた新芽をやさしく蒸して乾燥させ、ひとつずつ葉脈を取り除き、丁寧に石臼で挽いて仕上げています。
丁寧な職人の手仕事により、新鮮で泡立ちが良く上品でまろやかな味わいがあり、茶葉の自然な甘みが口の中に広がります。
