  • Returns & Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, refunds or exchanges may be issued based on the circumstances of the return.
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received an incorrect or damaged item, Please contact us immediately within 7 days of purchase.
    About food products, If 3 days have gone after your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

  • Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
    For cancellations other than those mentioned above (ex. due to your own reasons), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, also due to packing fees and payment system fees, £9 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
    *Please note, For tea and food, we do not accept returns or refunds due to your own reasons.
