It's very moreish, We loved it!
"This matcha was a lovely vibrant pale green. The flavour was immediately very grassy and juicy and we really enjoyed the mouthfeel. It was uplifting on its own. We were intrigued by what looked like little specks of gold-leaf in the liquid. The aftertaste was pleasantly milky and it would be wonderful blended with milk drinks as well as in a matcha chocolate. It's very moreish; we loved it."

"The dry powder and prepared matcha are a deep, vivid green. We were surprised by the gold flakes floating around in the prepared matcha. The judges found an intense savoury note with hints of toasted rice and sweetness. The matcha has a delightful, lingering finish with pleasing complexity."

"The powder has a sweet, verdant aroma and is a very pleasing, bright green colour. There is some toastiness on the nose too. The powder has an intense nuttiness which is intriguing. When made, there is plenty of foam and it smells of the deep green sea. On tasting, there are sweet pea notes, some toastiness and the flavour lingers and fills the mouth. The slight bitterness is not at all overpowering, it just adds another dimension. This is a connoisseur's tea."
