Excellent for latte!
"This matcha has a very vibrant, almost glowing, green colour. It has a strong nutty/umami nose and this follows through on the palate. It has a compelling silky mouthfeel and the flavour is deep and complex, with a soothing quality. It would be excellent in a latte. The finish is also pleasing; long with subtle and creamy nuttiness."

It's an ideal cafe matcha, complex yet accessible.
"This matcha had a very enticing bright green colour in both powder and liquid format. The initial mouthfeel is crisp and then milky, silky and full-bodied. The grassy flavour also has pleasant earthy, slight floral notes with just enough bitterness. We think this matcha would be delicious on its own but also well incorporated into milky drinks and lattes, given the creamy mouthfeel. It's an ideal cafe matcha, complex yet accessible."

Tasty and Moreish!
"A bright green powder that's silky to the touch. Strong grassy notes on the nose that move onto an assertive palate with an initial punch of bitterness that gradually moves into a grassy, creamy flavour. The longevity of umami flavours make it tasty and moreish."
