With our Matcha Shortbread Mix, You can easily bake delicious and fragrant matcha shortbread at home using only Sugar＆Butter. Our mix is made with high-quality Japanese matcha powder and all-natural ingredients, so you can be sure that your cookies will be flavorful and healthy.
What you'll need :
- Our Mix
- Unsalted butter 50g
- Sugar 30g
How to Bake :
- 1 hour before baking - Out the butter from the refrigerator.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the Matcha Shortbread Mix and stir until well combined.
- Roll the dough out, Chill it over 1hour.
- Cut and Make holes, Bake for 20-25 minutes 325°F (160°C).
