Ingredients - Pudding
- Oats milk 300ml
- Sugar 25g
- Agar (粉ゼラチン) 5g
- Your favorite toppings (Dango, Fruits etc)
Ingredients - Matcha Syrup
- Sugar 1/2 tea spoon
- Hot water 1 Table spoon
- SEIKA by EN the Matcha 1 Table spoon

Method
1. Whisk the ”warm” Oats milk, Sugar, and Agar together until well combined.
2. Pour into the cups.
3. Keep it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
4. Make Matcha syrup for puddings, Shift the Matcha,
Add Sugar and Hot water.
Whisk the syrup until smooth.
5. After an hour, Take the puddings out of the fridge.
