|さくら餅 

 

Ingredients

  • Domyoji-ko (pink coloured, Domyoji-flour)
  • Sugar
  • Salted cherry leaves
  • Red Beans Paste

...

Method

1. Wash Salted cherry leaves, and make ball with red bean paste.

2. Cook Domyoji-flour with sugar and water.

3. Place the red bean paste inside and form into tawara (ball) shape.

4. Wrap cherry leaves around mochi.

Enjoy with matcha !
