We recognize that current shortage of first-flush matcha from Japan is a significant concern for many of you.
Our matcha is produced using traditional methods and only from the first-flush, which is harvested once a year. This limited availability, combined with increased demand, has contributed to the current supply challenges.
We want to assure you that we are dedicated to preserving the superior quality of our matcha and will not compromise our standards by offering lower-grade (2nd or 3rd) alternatives.
We understand that this situation is causing delays for customers. However, the harvest is scheduled to commence in April, with farmers preparing for doubled harvest in 2025. Therefore, if you place an order now, we can dispatch the fresh matcha to you promptly upon their arrival in May.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
