GINKA Stock update & Pre-orders
The 1st-flush tea leaves for GINKA are currently out of stock for the 2025 season. We are awaiting the 2026 harvest, with a stable supply expected to resume in mid-June. Our farmers are working hard to ensure a bountiful harvest this year! While we wait for new matcha, we're preparing alternative matcha options :
- Uji Matcha (Kyoto, Japan) : Currently being processed and scheduled for arrival in 30 April. Pre-orders are now open.
- Curated Alternatives : We are also selecting other high-quality varieties. To ensure they meet the same exceptional standards as GINKA, we are taking extra time to carefully source only the finest leaves. These will be announced as they become available (late April to mid May).
